A real splat, in your browser.
This is an actual Splat Forge export from a 40-panorama drone capture — the same scene.ply the desktop tool drops in the project's exports folder. Drag to look around, scroll to zoom.

Heads-up: this is a real Splat Forge export of about 300 MB. Loading on a slow connection or modest GPU will take a moment.

- Source40 equirectangular drone panoramas, projected to ~720 perspective views before SfM.
- ReconstructionCOLMAP hierarchical mapper → ENU geo-alignment → splatfacto trained for 30K iterations on a single 5070 Ti.
- Output~5M Gaussians, 300 MB raw .ply. The desktop also writes a compressed .splat, .glb mesh, and a RealFlight .kex alongside.
Heavy assets are kept off the regular git history via Git LFS. The first time the marketing image is built, the LFS pointer resolves the .ply onto the host volume / build context — see marketing/README.md for details.
