    Splat Forge checks for updates

    When you launch the app — and quietly in the background while it is open — Splat Forge checks if a newer version is available.

  2. Step 02

    Downloads in the background

    If there is a new release, the update downloads in the background. Splat Forge keeps working while it does — and the file is verified before anything is installed.

  3. Step 03

    Installs and reopens

    A small Splat Forge splash screen shows a progress bar while the new version is installed. Splat Forge then reopens with the update applied — no clicks, no admin prompts.
